Gluten-Free Diet | Yoga Diet Based in Ayurvedic



We serve two mouth-watering vegetarian Indian meals daily (brunch/ light breakfast, lunch, and dinner), with an on-going tea/coffee/filtered water service. We use only local organic ingredients whenever possible and cook with non-hydrogenated oils (mostly olive oil & ghee).

Spices are freshly ground and our in-house chef and family happily serve guests with a smile. As per Ayurveda and yoga, certain vegetables are not used due to their inherent gunas which contribute to miraculous healing and cleansing.

We do give cookery classes for those who are interested in learning healthy cooking and the vegetables and fruits can be freshly collected by the guests from our own organic farm adjacent to the resort.
Please do note that ours is an authentic sattvic kitchen with wood fire Chullah and cooked in copper or therapeutic metals, as seen in old households in India, which gives a unique taste and quality.
